  1. 1. Important for registered users of versions older
  2. than 5.13:

  4. Your registration code is not valid for this version
  5. of Porfolio. To receive a free new code, send an
  6. e-mail to porfolio@kylom.com, with your name and the
  7. unique Id number of your machine. You can find this
  8. number from the main screen of your machine with the
  9. command Menu > Information > Machine. An Id number
  10. looks like this: 1000118A-EDD5FEF4
  11.  
  12. If you request your new code BEFORE installing this
  13. new version, you will avoid any interruption in the
  14. use of Porfolio...
  15.  
  16. If you have ALREADY installed and registered version
  17. 5.13 or later, you do NOT need a new code. You can
  18. install this version "on top" of the existing one, 
  19. without deleting any file.

  23. 2. Installation on a Series 5 "Classic":
  24.  
  25. If the program does not start and issues a message
  26. like "...\Pktfolio.OPX  file does not exist", you will
  27. have to copy the included files NifMan.dll and
  28. Insock.dll to a folder d:\system\libs\ or
  29. c:\system\libs\ (if you do not see the folder \system\,
  30. use the command Menu > Tools > Preferences from the
  31. main screen and tick "show System folder").

  33. It may be necessary to use also the file PktfolioER3.opx:
  34. - copy this file to the folder \system\opx\ where a file
  35.   Pktfolio.opx already exists
  36. - delete the existing file Pktfolio.opx
  37. - rename PktfolioER3.opx to Pktfolio.opx
